1. The offer and this website at www.IngolstadtVillage.com (“our Website”) is operated by Value Retail Management Germany GmbH (registered number Amtsgericht Mannheim HRB 570533), whose registered office is at Management Suite, Wertheim Village, Almosenberg, D-97877 Wertheim.

The Offer
2. The first 500 registered Privilege Member (the "Participants") who spend at least €200 at Ingolstadt Village receive a voucher for a complimentary annual subscription of the InStyle magazine by showing their receipts of the day and their personal Privilege Code at the Tourist Information (the "Offer"). Valid from 7 to 11 September 2018.

3. The Offer is valid during, and including, 7 September 2018 until 11 September 2018 (the “Offer Period”) and is redeemable with a purchase of €200 at Ingolstadt Village only. 

4.The Offer is available for Privilege members only with a purchase of €200 and a valid Privilege Code must be presented at the Tourist Information to redeem the offer.

Miscellaneous
5. The offer is subject to availability and is only available for Participants who spend €200 on one day at Ingolstadt Village during the Offer Period. Exclusions may apply.

6. The Offer is not transferable to any third party, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else or redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.

7. Participants can redeem this offer throughout the offer period. Only one voucher per Privilege member available.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the offer, the gift, or any part of it, and/or review and amends these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

9. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, voucher or other offers available during the Offer Period.

10. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
