Calligraphy Service, Privilege

1. The offer and this website at www.IngolstadtVillage.com (“our Website”) is operated by Value Retail Management Germany GmbH (registered number Amtsgericht Mannheim HRB 570533), whose registered office is at Management Suite, Wertheim Village, Almosenberg, D-97877 Wertheim.

The Offer
2. By spending €150 in Ingolstadt Village and presenting the Privilege Code together with the receipts at the Calligraphy Station at the Christmas Hut in the Village, Privilege member (the "participants") receive one personalized gift pendant (the “gift”) with their purchase (the “offer”).

3. The Offer is valid every Friday and Saturday until 23 December 2017 (the “Offer Period”) and is redeemable at the Calligraphy Station at the Christmas Hut, Ingolstadt Village, only.

4.The Offer is available for Privilege members only and a valid Privilege Code must be presented to redeem the Offer (the “Participants”).

Miscellaneous
5. The complimentary gift is subject to availability and is only available for Participants who spend €150 at Ingolstadt Village during one day and present their Privilege code and receipts at the Calligraphy Station at Ingolstadt Village during the Offer Period. 

6. The Offer is not transferable to any third party, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else or redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.

7. Participants are eligible for a maximum of 5 gift pendants.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the offer, the gift, or any part of it, and/or review and amends these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

9. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, voucher or other offers available during the Offer Period.

10. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
