1. The offer and this website at www.IngolstadtVillage.com (“our Website”) is operated by Value Retail Management Germany GmbH (registered number Amtsgericht Mannheim HRB 570533), whose registered office is at Management Suite, Wertheim Village, Almosenberg, D-97877 Wertheim.

The Offer
2. The first 1000 Privilege member spending €50 or more at Ingolstadt Village within one day during VIP Power Shopping (from 13 to 21 October 2017)  Privilege members are eligible to receive an extra denim patch.

3. The Offer is valid during, and including, 13 to 21 October 2017 (the “Offer Period”) and is redeemable at the Tourist Information, Ingolstadt Village only.

4.The Offer is available for Privilege members only and a valid Privilege Code together with the receipts must be presented at the Tourist Information to redeem the Offer (the “Participants”).

Miscellaneous
5. The gift is subject to availability and is only available for the first 1000 privilege member who shop during VIP Power Shopping and reach the minimum spend of €50 at the participating Privilege boutiques at Ingolstadt Village and present their receipts together with their Privilege Code at the Tourist Information.

6. The Offer is not transferable to any third party, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else or redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.

7. Participants can only redeem this Offer once and Participants are only eligible for one gift.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer, the Gift, or any part of it, and/or review and amends these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

9. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, voucher or other offers available during the Offer Period.

10. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
