A sheet mask saves a trip to the bathroom – after cleansing, just pop it on and relax. Follow with a facial oil, massaging it into the skin for maximum hydration. Massage a leave-in hair mask or deep conditioner into your hair, then braid your hair or put it into a bun and unravel it upon arrival; you’ll look like you just had a blow-dry!
